Years of wear had left the concrete at Keller Williams Heritage’s San Antonio office cracked and tired-looking, diminishing the building’s curb appeal. When the company brought in a contractor to make repairs, the results fell short—the patches were uneven, and the coloring didn’t match the existing surface. Wanting their entrance to reflect the same level of quality as their brand, the leadership team reached out to SUNDEK of San Antonio, a trusted name they’d heard about through the local business community.
SUNDEK of San Antonio resurfaced the front entry to the Keller Williams Heritage in San Antonio, beautifying the entrance to the hub for local agents. The project benefited Keller Williams while also sparking a fruitful marketing opportunity for SUNDEK of San Antonio.
Crews worked carefully around other elements on the site such as planters and bollards.
When SUNDEK of San Antonio’s General Manager Craig Roohan and Sales Representative Steve Scott met with Keller Williams ownership to assess the site, they found an exposed aggregate surface with a pinkish-red integral color. The recent patchwork stood out harshly against the original concrete, giving the entryway an inconsistent, unfinished look.

It’s important to them that it looks nice.” SUNDEK proposed several options to resolve the issue, ultimately deciding to repair the cracks properly then apply a SunStamp overlay to create a cohesive, elegant finish, creating a surface that essentially looks brand new.
A previous crack repair job left the surface outside of the San Antonio Keller Williams office looking like an eyesore, so they reached out to SUNDEK of San Antonio for solutions.Keller Williams liked SUNDEK’s proposed plan, and the two parties began negotiating pricing. After several discussions, Steve and Craig Roohan, SUNDEK of San Antonio’s general manager, went back to the drawing board. During their conversations, the two had an idea: Would Keller Williams be willing to have SUNDEK of San Antonio join their vendorship program, giving their business more exposure? They proposed the possibility to Keller Williams who embraced the idea. That conversation set a plan in motion for how SUNDEK would connect with Keller Williams agents long after the project was complete.
In the meantime, SUNDEK began their work on the concrete for the headquarters entry. As the project progressed, agents from Keller Williams were able to observe all stages, as the job was being done right in front of their headquarters building which people come in and out of constantly throughout the day. “The work we did in front of the building was a live showcase for all those agents,” says Craig. Agents were able to see SUNDEK of San Antonio’s careful attention to detail as they prepared the surface, repaired cracks, and applied the coating of SunStamp.
Throughout the project, the Keller Williams team coordinated employee and customer traffic flow so SUNDEK could work efficiently and safely. The project was originally estimated to take three weeks, but SUNDEK of San Antonio’s crew completed it in just two weeks, delivering top-quality results ahead of schedule.
Keller Williams was thrilled with the results: beautifully stamped concrete that harmonizes with the architecture and brightens the overall entry. Shortly after finishing the job, SUNDEK of San Antonio’s marketing opportunities began. SUNDEK was invited to set up a table in front of the headquarters building during Keller Williams’ bimonthly meetings where they would be able to chat with agents and show them product lines. “Because we did the work right in front of the building, it’s like being set up on a showroom floor,” says Steve.
SUNDEK of San Antonio crews worked diligently on the surface, finishing the job one full week before the projected completion date.
Keller Williams Heritage invited SUNDEK of San Antonio to their annual Heart & Hands golf tournament, an event that brings together local leaders to raise funds for the Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas. After several months of getting in front of hundreds of agents every month, SUNDEK of San Antonio has become a familiar face at Keller Williams and have already drummed up several jobs from the exposure. “We’ve had other sponsorship opportunities that haven’t panned out, but this partnership has flourished because we took a chance on the opportunity,” says Craig. “It’s really broadened our horizons.”
In the end, the project was a win-win for both parties. Keller Williams is thrilled that their entrance now looks as polished and welcoming as the business itself—a vast improvement from what they had before. The new surface provides the perfect way for Keller Williams to greet clients and visitors in style. For SUNDEK of San Antonio, what began as a simple repair evolved into a meaningful partnership that has elevated their presence in the market exponentially.
